Meet Pastor G...

Pastor Arnell Garner Sr. (Respectfully known as Pastor G) was born and raised in Magnolia, MS. He is the son of Rev. Ralph and Bernice Garner.

Pastor G graduated from Loranger High School in May of 1998. He attended Southeastern Louisiana University where he received an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Science in Finance on May 13, 2006. After accepting his call into the ministry, Pastor G felt God pushing him to continue his academic studies. He received a Master of Arts in Theological Studies degree from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary, in Lynchburg, Virginia, in August of 2011. He is currently working towards his Doctorate of Ministry.

He accepted his call into the ministry in June 2002, and was ordained as an Elder in August 2004, under the leadership of Bishop Willie Cage at God’s Tabernacle of Deliverance Church of God in Christ in Hammond, LA, New Orleans Jurisdiction, by the late Bishop Lindell Buford Brown. Later, he faithfully

served under the leadership of Pastor Anthony Cox Sr. of Westside Church of God in Christ in Ponchatoula, LA. He is currently covered by The Shepherds Connection, under the leadership of Dr. R.A. Vernon of Cleveland, Ohio.

Pastor G was united in holy matrimony to Lady Donika Rashell Vaughn on January 28, 2006. They have four beautiful children; three girls: Asia, Aniya, and Alecia; and one son: Arnell Jr.

Pastor G has a genuine and sincere heart for God's people and the Southeast Louisiana Region. His prayer is that everyone would come to the knowledge of God, and live for His Glory!

Pastor G is a man that operates in a Godly character, a humble spirit, and has a great sense of integrity. He credits all of his failures to his disobedience and all of his accomplishments to nothing but the Grace and Mercy of Jesus Christ!
